数智视域下档案馆智慧化转型升级与关键路径

摘要
2023年,中共中央、国务院印发了《数字中国建设整体布局规划》文件,强调夯实数字基础设施和数据资源体系,为智慧档案馆建设奠定坚实基础.本文基于数智视域的视角,从智慧档案馆的资源共建共享、空间格局打造、服务利用模式、人才队伍建设四个维度勾勒出数智视域下智慧档案馆转型升级图景,提出智慧档案馆建设的关键路径,以期为智慧档案馆转型升级提供借鉴与参考.
Abstract
In 2023,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and The State Council issued the Overall Layout Plan for the construction of Digital China,emphasizing the consolidation of digital infrastructure and data resource systems to lay a solid foundation for the construction of smart archives.Based on the perspective of digital intelligence,this paper Outlines the transformation and upgrading of smart archives under the digital intelligence perspective from four dimensions:resource co-construction and sharing,space pattern building,service utilization mode,and talent team construction,and proposes the key path of smart archive construction,in order to orovide reference for the transformation and upgrading ofsmart archives.
