摘要
随着互联网信息技术的进步及旅游业的蓬勃发展,智慧旅游已成为旅游业发展的新趋势.电子票务作为智慧旅游的重要组成部分,其标准化体系的创建对于提高旅游服务质量、优化旅游资源配置、促进旅游业的可持续发展具有重要意义.研究基于智慧旅游视角,对电子票务系统建设需求进行分析,并提出了电子票务系统结构及标准化体系的创建策略,以期为智慧旅游业发展提供参考.
Abstract
With the progress of Internet information technology and the vigorous development of tourism,smart tourism has become a new trend of tourism development.As an important component of smart tourism,the establishment of a standardized system for electronic ticketing is of great significance for improving the quality of tourism services,optimizing the allocation of tourism resources,and promoting the sustainable development of the tourism industry.Based on the perspective of smart tourism,this study analyzes the construction requirements of electronic ticketing systems and proposes strategies for creating the structure and standardization system of electronic ticketing systems,in order to provide reference for the development of smart tourism industry.
