摘要
混凝土行业是向大气中排放二氧化碳的最主要贡献者之一.由于该行业对环境产生了负面的影响,因此必须找到不同的方法来减少混凝土生产的严重影响,同时又不降低其优异的性能.有机或无机物部分替代水泥已成为大量工业和农业废物循环利用的生态方法;根据所建立的数据,混凝土CO2排放量主要受水灰比和替代率两个方面的影响.CO2排放量随水灰比的增加而减少,随替代率的增加而减少.此外,排放系数较低的替代材料的混凝土二CO2较高.
Abstract
The concrete industry is one of the main contributors to the emission of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.Due to the negative environmental impact of this industry,it is essential to find different methods to reduce the severe impact of concrete production without compromising its excellent performance.Partial substitution of cement with organic or inorganic materials has become an ecological method for recycling a large amount of industrial and agricultural waste;according to the established data,the CO2 emissions of concrete are mainly influenced by two aspects:the water-cement ratio and the substitution rate.The CO2 emissions decrease with the increase of the water-cement ratio and also decrease with the increase of the substitution rate.Moreover,concrete with lower emission coefficients of alternative materials has a higher CO2 emission.
