本研究提出基于改进的TOPSIS(技术评价和排序)方法来优化河道整治方案的选择.基于融合模糊理论和层次分析法(AHP),对传统的TOPSIS方法进行了改良,旨在增强评估的客观性和精准度.
Abstract
This study proposed the selection of river regulation scheme based on the improved TOPSIS(technical evaluation and sequencing)method.Based on the fusion fuzzy theory and hierarchical analysis(AHP),the traditional TOPSIS method is improved to enhance the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation.
