近年来,随着社会公众健康需求的迅速增长以及新技术的广泛应用,主要发达国家和地区均已制定数字健康的战略规划、实施计划及政策法规.通过深入剖析世界卫生组织、美国、欧盟及英国等国家和地区的数字健康规划与发展蓝图,研究其数字健康发展政策的内容与特点,能够更清晰地把握全球数字健康领域的战略发展脉络和进程,为我国相关政策法规的制定提供借鉴.
Abstract
In recent years,with the rapid growth of public health needs and the widespread application of new technologies,major developed countries and regions have formulated strategic plans,implementation plans,and policies and regulations for digital health.By deeply analyzing the digital health plans and development blueprints of the World Health Organization,the United States,the European Union,the United Kingdom,and other countries and regions,and studying the content and characteristics of their digital health development policies,we can gain a clearer understanding of the strategic development context and process in the global digital health field,providing references for the formulation of relevant policies and regulations in China.
