摘要

从"主动引导需求侧能力建设"这一创新视角出发,为需求方进行业务梳理和结构重塑,优化需求方 岗位设置,从而实现教科研一体化团队建设,并为高职技能型学生创造工作位置,从而推动产教融合的持续发展.

Abstract

From the innovative perspective of"actively guiding the construction of demand-side capabilities,"we can help the demand side to sort out their business and reshape their structure,optimize the job settings on the demand side,thereby achieving the construction of an integrated teaching and research team,and create job positions for vocational and technical students with practical skills,thus promoting the continuous development of integration of industry and education.
