摘要
人力资源服务业是现代服务业的重要门类,在促进就业及实体经济发展方面的作用 日益凸显.笔者基于湘江新区2023年度人力资源服务业数据调研情况进行分析,厘清新区人力资源服务行业发展在竞争格局、业态等方面的特点及短板,提出新区人力资源服务业转型发展应从打造企业梯度培育体系、塑造良好产业生态、强化区内供需对接、开展从业人员梯能力提升四方面精准施策,切实推动新区人力资源服务产业高质量发展成效.
Abstract
Human resource service industry is an important category of modern service industry,which plays an increasingly prominent role in promoting employment and the development of real economy.Based on the research of Human Resources Service Industry in Xiangjiang New Area,the author analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of the development of human resource service industry in The Xiangjiang New Area in terms of competition pattern and business format.It is proposed that the transformation and development of the human resource service industryin The Xiangjiang New Area should be based on four precise policies:building an enterprise gradient cultivation system,shaping a good industrial ecology,strengthening the connection between supply and demand in the district,and improving the ability of employees to upgrade,so as to effectively promote the high-quality development of the human resource service industry in the new District.
