摘要

企业社会责任已成为现代企业可持续发展的内在要求.人力资源在支撑企业社会责任中扮演着关键角色,然而当前人力资源管理实践中仍存在诸多问题.本文从企业社会责任视角切入,围绕人力资源规划、配置和开发三个维度,探讨新形势下人力资源管理的创新策略,以期为企业践行社会责任提供借鉴.

Abstract

Corporate social responsibility(CSR)has become an intrinsic requirement for the sustainable development of modern enterprises.Human resources play a crucial role in supporting CSR;however,there are still many issues in current human resource management practices.This paper approaches the topic from the perspective of CSR and explores innovative strategies for human resource management in the context of new circumstances,focusing on three dimensions:planning,allocation,and development of human resources.The aim is to provide references for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities.
