摘要
质量管理作为项目管理的重要组成部分,与项目成功与否息息相关.本文首先阐述了项目质量管理的重要性,然后探讨了项目质量管理中存在的风险,最后制定了项目质量管理风险的防范措施,旨在规避风险,确保项目顺利推进,并在降低项目成本的同时提升客户满意度,逐步强化企业核心竞争力.
Abstract
As an important part of project management,quality management is closely related to the success of a project.Firstly this paper expounds the importance of project quality management,then discusses the risks existing in project quality management,and finally formulates preventive measures for project quality management risks.The purpose is to avoid risks,ensure the smooth progress of the project,improve customer satisfaction while reducing project costs,and gradually strengthen the core competitiveness of enterprises.
