基于计算流体动力学建立以无动力导料槽除尘装置数值模型,通过实验验证模型的准确和可靠性;经流体分析可知,诱导气流在装置中处于湍流状态,粉尘易实现无动力自降.分析颗粒粒径和质量的关系,进一步说明无动力导料槽气流除尘装置具有较好抑尘效果.
Research on Dust Control Device for Unpowered Guide Chute
Based on computational fluid dynamics,a numerical model of the dust control device with an unpowered guide chute is established,and the accuracy and reliability of the model are verified by experiments.According to fluid analysis,it can be concluded that the induced airflow in the device is in a turbulent state,and dust is prone to achieve unpowered self-descent.The relationship between particle size and mass was analyzed,and it was further demonstrated that the airflow dust control device in the non-powered guide chute had a good dust suppression effect.
