Research on Long-term Anti-corrosion of Low Surface of Harbor Cranes
Aiming at the problem that high surface treatment grade leads to construction difficulties when harbor cranes are constructed with heavy anti-corrosion coatings,a series of low-surface-treatment coatings are selected for performance research.Three experimental methods, namely artificial salt spray corrosion, artificial seawater immersion corrosion and natural atmospheric erosion, were used to simulate the erosion experiments on the test panels, and the difference between the area of rust propagation traces and the adhesion of the coating before and after erosion was compared and analyzed,so as to verify the anti-corrosion performance of the low surface treatment coating. The experimental results show that the low surface treatment coating can effectively reduce the surface treatment level, and at the same time achieve similar corrosion resistance with conventional anti-corrosion coatings.
