介绍了移动式港口高架起重机研发过程,阐述了起升拨叉减速箱、底盘轮胎独立悬挂回转齿轮双齿条摆动缸、行走底盘系统结构等设计要点,给出了整机稳定性校核方法,分析了设计过程中遇到的主要问题,可为类似设备研制提供参考.
Abstract
This paper introduces the design and development process of mobile harbor cranes.The design points of lifting fork reduction gearbox,chassis tire independent suspension rotary gear double rack swing cylinder,walking chassis system structure are elaborated,and a method for checking the stability of the entire machine is provided.The main problems encountered in the design process are analyzed,which can provide reference for similar project development.
