摘要

岸边集装箱起重机驱动系统采用大量的电容组用于直流母线的储能、稳压、滤波.针对电容组放电时间长影响抢修效率的问题,从驱动器结构、工作原理以及阻容回路充放电规律等方面分析原因,提出外接电能消耗元件的解决方案,设计制作一套电容放电装置作为维修辅助工具.应用该工具可缩短电容放电时间,提高抢修效率.

Abstract

The drive system of the quayside container crane uses a large number of capacitor banks for energy storage,voltage regulation,and filtering of the DC bus.Aiming at the problem of long discharge time of capacitor banks affecting repair efficiency,the reasons are analyzed from the aspects of driver structure,working principle,and the charging and discharging laws of resistance and capacitance circuits.A solution for external energy consuming components is proposed,and a set of discharge devices of capacitance is designed and manufactured as maintenance auxiliary tools.The application of this tool can shorten the capacitor discharge time and improve the repair efficiency.
