摘要
针对散杂货码头使用自卸车、门机、抓斗配合作业的工艺在装船过程中出现的物料洒落较多、环境污染较大等问题,设计一种全新的干散货装船敞口自卸箱,给出了敞口自卸箱设计要点、敞口自卸箱使用辅助工属具设计和敞口自卸箱作业过程.应用表明,该敞口自卸箱在保证作业效率的前提下,可有效减少作业过程中的物料洒落.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of material spilling and environmental pollution during the loading process of tipper,gantry and grapple working together in the bulk cargo terminal,a new dry bulk cargo loading open dump box is designed,and the design points,the design of auxiliary tools and the operation process of the open dump box are given.The application shows that the open dump box can effectively reduce the spillage of materials in the process of operation under the premise of ensuring the operation efficiency.
