摘要

为了分析制约岸边集装箱起重机运行效率的多重因素,设计岸边集装箱起重机效率分析系统,以起重机的多源数据采集为基础,定义了一套工作关键点、工作阶段、状态点相结合的效率指标,以时序数据库和关系型数据库协同的方式设计效率分析算法.分析系统采用前后端分离设计架构,具有数据全面、查询便利、展示方式多样的特点.实施结果表明,该系统能全方位分析岸边集装箱起重机工作的各阶段效率,发现效率制约因素,可促进流程优化和设计改进.

Abstract

In order to analyze the multiple factors restricting the operational efficiency of quayside container crane,the quayside container crane efficiency analysis system was designed,and based on the multi-source data collection of the crane,a set of efficiency indicators combining work key points,work stages and status points were defined,and the efficiency analysis algorithm was designed in a collaborative way of time series database and relational database.The analysis system adopts a front-end and back-end separation design architecture,which has the characteristics of comprehensive data,convenient query,and diverse display methods.The implementation results show that the system can comprehensively analyze the efficiency of each stage of the quayside container crane work,find the efficiency constraints,and promote process optimization and design improvement.
