为解决门座起重机操作者培训工作中培训方式单一、难以实现理论和实践相结合的问题,开发一款基于VR技术的门座起重机实训平台.该平台驾驶控制终端选用设备原件还原真实环境,具有 3 种吊装货物和 3种典型船型供学员选择操作,可使学员在高度仿真的VR环境中进行起重机操作技能的学习和训练.该平台具有训练和考核 2 种模式,可让学员在同一台设备上完成学习和考试,提高培训效率.
Development of a VR Based Portal Crane Practical Training Platform
To solve the problem of single training methods and difficulty in combining theory and practice in the training of portal crane operators,a VR technology based portal crane practical training platform is developed.The driving control terminal of this platform uses equipment components to restore the real environment,with 3 types of lifting goods and 3 typical ship types for students to choose from for operation.It allows students to learn and train crane operation skills in a highly simulated VR environment.This platform has two modes of training and assessment,which allows students to complete learning and exams on the same device,improving training efficiency.
