摘要

抓斗门座起重机在散杂货卸船过程中,当抓斗抓取物料过重时,会触发力矩超载限制,导致抓斗不能起吊,此时抓斗需反复开斗释放物料.针对此问题,提出合斗控制系统优化设计对策,阐述了其设计原理和改进办法.实验结果表明,系统经优化设计后可有效限制抓斗抓取物料重量,提升卸船效率,降低电能消耗.

Abstract

Grab bucket portal cranes in the process of bulk cargo unloading,when the material grabbed by grab bucket is too heavy,it will trigger the moment overload limitation,resulting in the grab bucket can not be lifted,and at this time the grab bucket needs to open the bucket repeatedly to release the material.In order to address this problem,the optimization design countermeasures of the Hopper control system is proposed,and its design principle and improvement methods are described.The experimental results show that the optimized design of the system can effectively limit the weight of the material grabbed by the grab,improve the unloading efficiency and reduce the power consumption.
