原有集装箱堆场门式起重机的远控方案中,远程操作控制系统依赖中控控制系统和中控软件分配系统,且需要人工介入进行特定操作.日益增加的设备数量及操作台数量会造成中心单节点的超负荷,如果 2 个系统中任意一个系统故障或者修改配置,都会造成整个远控系统瘫痪.为此采用分布式决策方法,将每台设备的单机自动化系统以及每个远程操作站都作为一个独立决策体,提出一种基于中控去中心化的港口起重机分布式远控系统建设方案.
Distributed Remote Control System for Port Crane Based on Centralized Decentralization
In the original remote control scheme for container yard gantry cranes,the remote operation and control system relies on the central control system and the central control software distribution system,and requires manual intervention for specific operations.The increasing number of equipment and the number of operating stations will cause overloading of a single node in the center,and the failure or modification of the configuration of any one of the 2 systems will cause the entire remote control system to be paralyzed.In this regard,the distributed decision-making method is adopted,and the single machine automation system of each device and each remote operating station are treated as an independent decision-making body,and a distributed remote control system construction scheme for port cranes based on centralized decentralization is proposed.
