针对国内港口资源整合和设备技术进步对设备管理的新要求,以广州港设备标准化管理为研究对象,分析当前港口设备管理的特点和新问题,研究全面实行标准化管理、提升港口设备管理整体水平的对策,探索全面建立和完善港口设备管理体系的方法与要点.
Abstract
Aiming at the requirement of equipment management by domestic port resource integration and equipment technology progress,taking the standardized management of Guangzhou Port equipment as the research object,analyzing the characteristics and new problems of the current port equipment management,researching the countermeasures to comprehensively implement the standardized management and improve the overall level of port equipment management,and exploring the methods and points to comprehensively establish and improve the port equipment management system.
