摘要

为解决船舶作业过程中因卸船箱信息不准确、装船堆场位置错误等问题导致的货运事故,基于自动化码头单小车岸边集装箱起重机作业特点,提出一种开闭锁验证方法,将集装箱箱号、ISO、危标等信息与系统进行匹配判断,可有效杜绝因船箱信息不准确而导致的货运事故.

Abstract

In order to solve the freight accidents caused by inaccurate information of unloading boxes and wrong location of loading yard during ship operation,based on the operation characteristics of single trolley quayside container crane in the automated wharf,a verification for opening and closing locks is proposed,which matches the container number,ISO,dangerous standard and other information with the system,this method can effectively eliminate the freight accidents caused by the inaccurate container information.
