根据起升机构钢丝绳工况特点,分析起升机构钢丝绳寿命的影响因素,在综合考虑影响钢丝绳寿命的装卸货物重量、运行时间、超载次数和维护情况等因素基础上,基于模型驱动的起重机起升机构钢丝绳健康寿命评估方法,构建了钢丝绳健康寿命评估模型.该方法对起重机起升机构钢丝绳健康寿命评估的准确性较高.
Abstract
Based on the characteristics of the working conditions of the steel wire rope in the hoisting mechanism,the influencing factors on the service life of the steel wire rope in the hoisting mechanism are analyzed.After comprehensively considering the factors that affect the service life of the steel wire rope,such as the weight of handling goods,operating time,overload frequency,and maintenance situation,a wire rope health lifespan assessment model is constructed based on the model-driven wire rope health lifespan assessment method for crane hoisting mechanism.This method has a high accuracy in evaluating the healthy lifespan of the steel wire rope of crane hoisting mechanism.
