摘要

结合某港口散货火车线受场地条件和火车线长度限制,港内建设专业化装车楼难度大、装卸货种多等实际问题,研制了一种自行式智能装车机组,开发了多机种多车协同作业系统,实现了散货不落地装火车工艺.该工艺可同时进行火车卸车作业和火车装车作业,作业方式灵活,适用性强.

Abstract

Combined with the practical problems of a port bulk cargo train line limited by site conditions and train line length,the difficulty of building a specialized loading building in the port,and the variety of handling cargo,a self-propelled intelligent loading unit is developed,and a multi-machine and multi-vehicle collaborative operation system is developed to realize the non-landing train loading process for bulk cargo loading train without landing.The process can carry out train unloading operation and train loading operation at the same time,and the operation mode is flexible and has strong applicability.
