摘要
针对桥式抓斗卸船机主要机构,提出各机构质量控制措施;结合各机构实际工况,分析其电控调试方案,提出不同机构常见故障隐患与解决措施.相关方案能够提升卸船机整机质量,对卸船机设备的设计、创新、运维具有参考价值.
Abstract
Aiming at the main mechanism of bridge grab ship unloader,quality control measures of each mechanism are put forward;combined with the actual working conditions of each mechanism,its electric control debugging program is analyzed,and common faults of different mechanisms are put forward as well as solution measures.The relevant program can improve the quality of the entire ship unloader,and has reference value for the design,innovation,operation and maintenance of ship unloader equipment.
