摘要

针对散货码头集港、疏港、堆存时产生的扬尘问题,目前采用的主要措施是防风抑尘网、作业喷水降尘、货垛日常苫盖密目网.密目网在使用规格、材质、寿命、费率等方面没有相关的参照标准,根据某码头4年相关使用数据,提出基于密目网使用次数和使用寿命2种口径的费率测算方案.该方案可为使用环境相似的企业提供参考.

Abstract

Aiming at the dust problem generated during the collection,dredging,and storage of bulk cargo terminals,the main measures currently adopted are wind and dust suppression nets,operational water spraying to reduce dust,and fine mesh nets for daily covering of cargo stacks.There are no relevant reference standards for the usage specifications,materials,lifespan,and rates of the fine mesh net.Based on the 4-year relevant usage data of a certain dock,a rate calculation scheme is proposed based on two calibers of fine mesh net usage frequency and lifespan.This plan can provide reference for units with similar usage environments.
