在传统集装箱码头自动化改造工作中,水平运输系统的调度设计是影响改造工程质量的重要因素之一.针对有人和无人驾驶混合模式下的车辆调度设计问题,建立以所有车辆的无效作业时间、岸边集装箱起重机作业延迟时间和所有车辆完成集装箱任务的时长最短为目标的动态调度优化模型,并以实际算例进行求解,验证了模型的有效性.该模型可为后续传统码头的自动化改造提供决策依据.
Design of a Scheduling Model for Horizontal Transportation Vehicles in Automated Container Terminals
In the traditional container terminal automation renovation work,the scheduling design of the horizontal transportation system is one of the important factors affecting the quality of the renovation project.Aiming at the vehicle scheduling design problem in mixed mode of manned and unmanned driving,a dynamic scheduling optimization model has been established with the objective of minimizing the ineffective operation time of all vehicles,the delay time of quayside container crane operations,and the duration of container tasks completed by all vehicles.The effectiveness of the model is verified through practical examples.This model can provide decision-making basis for the automation transformation of traditional docks in the future.
