摘要

为解决门座起重机的回转机构定位环磨损以及由此引起的异响问题,从回转机构的设计与控制、减速机与定位环的公差配合、粗糙度、定位环板厚、启制动操作等方面对回转机构进行研究,并结合实际给出了解决方案,可为产品的设计、优化和维保提供技术参考.

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of wear and abnormal noise caused by the locating ring of the slewing mechanism of the portal crane,research is conducted on the slewing mechanism from the design and control of the slewing mechanism,the tolerance fit between the reducer and the locating ring,roughness,the thickness of the locating ring plate,and the start and stop operation.Based on practical experience,a solution to the problem is proposed,which can provide technical reference for product design,optimization,and maintenance.
