移动装卸设备上的除尘设施通常使用水缆卷盘进行供水连接,在水缆内穿发热电缆,并由地面电源提供电能来防止水缆结冻,这种结构布线复杂、操作不便且电能利用效率较低.开发了一种水电集成式防冻水缆卷盘装置,采用供电与供水一体化的设计解决这个问题,介绍了装置的结构与运行原理.该装置应用效果良好,具有一定的推广价值.
Abstract
The dust removal facilities on mobile handling device often use water cable reels for water supply connections.Usually,a heating cable is threaded inside the water cable,and the ground power supply provides electricity to prevent the water cable from freezing.This structure has complex wiring,inconvenient operation,and low energy utilization efficiency.A water and electricity integrated anti freezing water cable reel device is developed,which adopts an integrated design of power and water supply to solve this problem.The structure and operating principle of the device are introduced,and the application effect is good with certain promotion value.
