摘要

针对工程机械轮胎体积大、轮胎充气压力高、发生爆炸危害性极大的特征,提出一种工程轮胎充气作业防护装置,阐述了其结构、工作原理、使用方法,给出了设计安装要点.

Abstract

Large mobile machinery such as loaders have the advantages of fast operation speed,high efficiency,good mobility,and easy operation,and are widely used in ports,mines,and road and bridge construction sites.In tire inflation,disassembly,scraping and repair operations,once the strength of the tire decreases due to aging and wear,hard object punctures,and tire wall scratches,it is very easy to have a tire blowout.Due to the large volume and high pressure of the tire,the radius of injury is large,which can easily lead to personal injury and death of the operator.A tire inflation operation protective device was proposed,and its structure,working principle,usage method,and actual application effect were introduced in detail.
