摘要
我国码头粮食卸船作业普遍使用抓斗接卸,粉尘外扬对大气和周边环境易造成严重污染.为解决扬尘问题,在分析现有主流粮食接卸设备的除尘方式基础上,进行多方比选,提出一种除尘系统改造方案.实践表明,该方案可有效抑制粮食接卸过程中的扬尘,改善港口码头作业环境.
Abstract
Grab buckets are commonly used for grain unloading operations at terminal in China,and dust emission can easily cause serious pollution to the atmosphere and surrounding environment.To solve the dust problem,based on the analysis of the dust removal methods of existing mainstream grain unloading equipment,a dust removal system renovation plan is proposed through multiple comparisons.Practice has shown that the proposed solution can effectively suppress dust during grain unloading and improve the operating environment of port terminals.
