摘要
为提高散货堆场利用率,移动式堆料皮带机应能在堆场内自由移动使用,且具有回转功能.针对原有流动机械移机难度大、轨道式堆料机改造成本高的缺点,设计一种轮胎移动式堆料皮带机改造方案,增设大车行走、回转等机构,可实现设备在堆场移动作业、接受短驳车辆的直接倒料,从而提高堆场的堆存效率、降低能耗.
Abstract
In order to maximize the utilization rate of the bulk cargo yard,the mobile stacking belt conveyor is required to be free to move and use in the yard,and has the function of slewing.Aiming at the shortcomings of the difficulty of moving mobile machinery and the high transformation cost of rail-type stacker,a tire mobile stacking belt conveyor is designed.Through the transformation of the original belt conveyor and the installation of additional mechanisms such as walking and slewing of large vehicles,it can realize the free stacking operation in the yard,accept the direct dumping of short barge vehicles,and improve the stacking efficiency of the yard and reduce the energy consumption.
