摘要
针对普通胶带斗式提升机在港口化肥运输中常出现的问题,提出一种优化设计方案.改进后的胶带斗式提升机解决了因化肥吸潮、板结附着在畚斗以及滚筒上,造成皮带打滑、跑偏、运量下降,直至输送功能完全丧失的一系列问题,提升了大运量胶带斗式提升机运行的稳定性,保证了港口化肥装卸储运生产的正常秩序,具有良好的工程效益和经济效益.
Abstract
Aiming at the problems of ordinary belt bucket elevator in the transportation of fertilizer in port,an optimized design scheme is proposed.The improved belt bucket elevator solves a series of problems caused by the moisture absorption of fertilizers,slate adhering to the dustpan and the drum,resulting in belt slippage,deflection,capacity decline,until the complete loss of the transport function.It improves the stability of the operation of the high capacity belt bucket elevator,and ensures the normal order of the port fertilizer handling,storage and transportation production,and has a good engineering efficiency and economic benefits.
