针对传统电动推杆式的三通小车在皮带作业流程运转中存在的推杆不同步、三通小车不能对位的问题,提出一种新型齿轮齿条机构驱动的三通小车优化设计方案,设计了齿轮齿条式机械驱动方式,优化了整体驱动结构.实际应用表明,该方案可减少物料转载系统三通小车的故障率,增强设备稳定性,提高作业效率.
Design and Application of Rack and Pinion Type Three Way Trolley
Aiming at the problems of unsynchronized push rods and misalignment of the traditional electric push rod type three way trolley in the belt operation process,a new optimized design scheme for a three way trolley driven by a rack and pinion type mechanism is proposed.The rack and pinion type mechanical driving method is designed,and the overall driving structure is optimized.Practical applications have shown that this scheme can reduce the failure rate of the three way trolley in the material transfer system,enhance equipment stability,and improve operational efficiency.
