摘要
为提高煤码头喷雾机运行效率,优化喷雾机运行管理,减少因设备故障导致的长时间停机,开发一种喷雾机远程控制管理系统.该系统可实时监测喷雾机运行状态,具有人工远程手动控制、自动控制、故障报警与定位等功能,可提高设备管理维护效率.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of sprayer operation in the coal terminal,optimize the sprayer operation management,and reduce the long time downtime due to equipment failure,a sprayer remote control management system is developed.The system can monitor the operation status of the sprayer in real time,and has the functions of manual control,automatic control,fault alarm and localization,etc.It can improve the efficiency of equipment management and maintenance.
