摘要
针对某码头门式起重机纠偏系统的检测计算误差较大问题,通过将射频识别(RFID)技术整合到门式起重机的精密纠偏系统中,提高系统的纠偏精度和可靠性;通过预警和报警机制提供及时反馈,减少因设备故障导致的停机时间,提高生产效率,降低维护成本.
Abstract
Aiming at the problem of large detection and calculation errors in the deviation rectification system of a terminal portal crane,the precision and reliability of the system is improved by integrating radio frequency identification(RFID)technology into the precision deviation rectification system of the portal crane;timely feedback is provided through the early warning and alarm mechanism,which reduces the downtime due to equipment failure,improves the production efficiency and reduces the maintenance cost.
