八绳系统中起升钢丝绳调整方法

集装箱堆场自动化轨道式龙门起重机所采用八绳系统中,吊具上架为超静定结构,钢丝绳受吊具上架的刚度影响而受力不均匀,导致八绳系统的钢丝绳在运行中经常出现磨损断裂现象.在分析八绳系统钢丝绳悬挂特点、受力情况基础上,给出了均匀钢丝绳受力、延长钢丝寿命的调整方法.
Abstract
In the eight-rope system adopted in the automated rail mounted gantry crane of container yard,the spreader headblock is a super-static structure,and the steel wire rope is affected by the stiffness of the spreader headblock and the force is not uniform,which results in the steel wire rope of the eight-rope system often showing wear and fracture phenomenon in operation.On the basis of analyzing the hanging characteristics and force of steel wire rope of eight-rope system,an adjustment method is given to even out the force of steel wire rope and prolong the life of wire.
