新型港口道路碰撞防护装置耐撞性能研究

为提高港口道路的运输安全性能,以双箭头负泊松比结构为填充结构设计新型港口道路碰撞防护装置,利用有限元模拟研究不同侧面碰撞工况下道路碰撞防护结构的变形模式及车辆质心位置的加速度.结果表明,该碰撞防护装置可有效地吸收碰撞冲击载荷,减小侧面碰撞时车辆的损伤程度,可为港口道路碰撞防护装置的设计提供新的思路.
Research on the Crashworthiness of New Port Road Collision-proof Equipment
To improve the transportation safety performance of port roads,a new type of port road collision protection device is designed with a double arrow negative Poisson's ratio structure as the filling structure.Finite element simulation is used to study the deformation mode of the road collision protection structure and the acceleration of the vehicle center of mass position under different side collision conditions.The results indicate that the collision protection device can effectively absorb collision impact loads,reduce the degree of vehicle damage during side collisions,and provide new ideas for the design of port road collision protection devices.
