A Rope Changing Method for a Pure Electric 4-drum Grab Ship Unloader
A single movement rope changing method for the 4-drum grab ship unloader is introduced.The trolley running motor,grab lifting motor,and grab opening and closing motor of the grab ship unloader all use variable frequency motors.When the mechanism stops braking,the clutch device on the non rope changing side is manually disconnected;by controlling the speed and rotation direction of the car's running motor,grab lifting motor,or grab opening and closing motor,and utilizing the displacement measurement of planetary differential reducer,one drum set on the same planetary differential reducer is set to zero speed,while the other drum rotates at a synthetic speed,pure electric control rope changing is achieved.This method is easy to operate and can improve maintenance efficiency.
