以某智能化集装箱码头建设项目为对象,基于码头设计吞吐能力和装卸工艺特点,提出 2 套智能化集装箱装卸工艺方案,分析对比了 2 套方案中的岸边、堆场和水平运输工艺及设备,从综合经济性、高效性、环保性等多指标角度进行方案比选,确定最优装卸工艺方案.
Abstract
Taking an intelligent container terminal construction project as an object,based on the design throughput capacity of the terminal and the characteristics of the handling process,two sets of intelligent container handling process programs are proposed,and the quayside,yard and horizontal transportation process and equipment in the two sets of programs are analyzed and compared,and the program comparison is carried out from the perspective of the comprehensive economy,high efficiency,environmental protection and other indexes,so as to determine the optimal handling process programs.
