摘要

港口机械典型构件为多品种小批量生产,制造过程复杂,工艺要求较高,主要工艺之一是构件表面的涂装.针对大车行走机构自动化涂装生产线,给出工艺流程并通过线性加权和法确定其工艺、布局方案,可为同类生产线设计提供参考.

Abstract

The typical components of port machinery are produced in multiple varieties and small batches,with complex manufacturing processes and high process requirements.One of the main processes is the surface coating of the components.A process flow is provided for the automated coating production line of the crane walking mechanism,and its process and layout plan are determined through linear weighted method,which can provide reference for the design of similar production lines.
