摘要

针对某露天原料场进行封闭改造后出现的储存能力不足、部分堆取料机超负荷工作等问题,提出一种原料场改造方案,在原料场新增一台堆料机,并与现有取料机共轨布置,给出了设备设施改造、工艺流程优化、共轨堆取料机智能化改造技术要点.项目投产后运转良好,达到了原料场性能升级的预期目标.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of insufficient storage capacity and overloading of some stacker-reclaimer,after the closure and transformation of an open-air raw material stockyard,a scheme of adding a stacker in the raw material stockyard and common rail arrangement with the existing reclaimer is proposed.The key technical points for equipment and facility renovation,process optimization,and intelligent renovation of the common rail arrangement stacker-reclaimer are provided.After the project was put into operation,the system worked well and achieved the expected goal of upgrading the performance of the raw material stockyard.
