U型集装箱码头动态IGV智能充电调度研究

针对IGV集中充电导致的充电效率低、可调度IGV少等问题,依据IGV不同电量等级,设定分层次的充电优先级管理办法.在现有自动充电策略基础上,构建了一种可实时调整的适应性智能配比动态充电调度策略,基于配比规则计算充电IGV数量,并根据可用充电桩数量对IGV进行灵活调度.测试结果表明,该动态IGV智能充电调度技术可满足U型集装箱码头满负荷连续作业的需求,提高生产作业效率.
Research on Dynamic IGV Intelligent Charging Scheduling for U-shaped Container Terminal
Aiming at the problems of low charging efficiency and insufficient schedulable IGV caused by centralized charging of IGV,a hierarchical charging priority management method is set based on the different power levels of IGV.On the basis of existing automatic charging strategies,a real-time adjustable adaptive intelligent ratio dynamic charging scheduling strategy is constructed.The number of charging IGV is calculated based on the ratio rules,and the IGV were flexibly scheduled according to the available number of charging piles.The test results show that the dynamic IGV intelligent charging scheduling technology can meet the needs of continuous operation at full load of U-shaped container terminals and improve production efficiency.
