摘要
为了降低散货码头煤炭及矿石装卸流程系统中皮带输送机的能耗,促进散货码头绿色低碳转型,采用磁力耦合直驱技术实现皮带输送机的驱动,与同工况的三相异步电机驱动皮带输送机进行能耗、噪声、可靠性对比分析.结果表明,磁力耦合直驱系统能在一定程度上降低皮带机能耗和运行噪声,运行可靠,具有推广价值.
Abstract
In order to reduce the energy consumption of the belt conveyor in the coal and ore handling process system of the bulk cargo terminal,and realize the green and low-carbon transformation of the bulk cargo terminal,the magnetic coupling direct drive technology is adopted to realize the drive of the belt conveyor,and the energy consumption,noise,and reliability are compared and analyzed with the three-phase asynchronous motor-driven belt conveyor in the same working condition.The results show that the magnetic coupling direct drive system can reduce the energy consumption and operation noise of the belt conveyor to a certain extent,and the operation is reliable,which has the value of popularization.
