Design of Intelligent Centralized Lubrication System for Port Portal Cranes
Port portal crane is closely matched with slewing,luffing and hoisting mechanisms during ship handling operations,and have a large number of motion hinge points.Aiming at the traditional centralized lubrication system can not be timed,quantitative,fixed-point supply of grease and can not detect the oil blockage and other shortcomings,a kind of intelligent centralized lubrication design scheme based on active management is given,which can avoid the inefficiency of traditional management methods from the design source and achieve efficient operation of equipment.
