摘要
针对港口机械行走机构轮轴过盈装配存在的弊端,设计一种港口机械行走机构轮轴组件的自动化装配工艺,采用数据表的形式进行轮轴的自动装配,将车轮和轴的公差数据导入轮轴公差选配系统中进行自动匹配、自动清洗、自动装配,整个过程依靠自动化完成.该工艺可减轻工人的劳动强度,提高装配效率,可为同类机构的装配技术提供参考.
Abstract
Aiming at the drawbacks of interference fit assembly of wheelshaft in port machinery walking mechanism,an automated assembly process for wheelshaft module of port machinery walking mechanism is designed.The automatic assembly of wheelshaft is carried out in the form of data tables,and the tolerance data of wheels and axles are imported into the wheel axle tolerance selection system for automatic matching,cleaning,and assembly.The entire process relies on automation to complete.This process can reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve assembly efficiency,and provide reference for assembly technology of similar institutions.
