摘要
为提高门座起重机工作效率,降低工作能耗,优化设计一种基于重量传感器信号采集的门座起重机恒功率调速系统,将重量传感器模拟量信号送入PLC进行计算处理,将重量信号转换成对应速度信号后送入变频器,实现不同负载输出不同速度的恒功率调速功能.
Abstract
In order to improve the working efficiency of the portal crane and reduce the working energy consumption,a constant power speed regulation system for poratl crane based on weight sensor signal acquisition is optimized and designed.The analog signal of the weight sensor is sent to the PLC for calculation and processing,the weight signal is converted into a corresponding speed signal and then sent to the frequency converter,so as to achieve constant power speed regulation for different loads and speeds.
