摘要
为提高某码头轨道式移动火车装车机作业能力,从装车系统设备改进、工艺和管理优化 2 个方面制定改进对策,给出了具体操作方案.改造完成后,能满足项目能力提升需要,可为类似项目设计、管理提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to improve the operational ability of the track type mobile train loading machine at a certain dock,improvement measures are formulated from two aspects:equipment improvement,process and management optimization of the loading system,and specific operation plans are provided.After the renovation is completed,it can meet the needs of project capability improvement and provide reference for similar project design and management.
