对大型港口使用的自动化轨道式龙门起重机大车跑偏原因进行综合分析,从大车车轮、轨道及钢结构方面分别提出大车跑偏调整方案.经实践验证,该方案切实可行,可解决目前港口轨道式龙门起重机大车跑偏及啃轨问题.
Abstract
Based on a comprehensive analysis of the reasons for the deviation of the automated track type gantry crane used in large ports,adjustment plans for the deviation of the crane are proposed from the aspects of the wheel,track,and steel structure of the crane.Through practical verification,this plan is feasible and can solve the current problems of the deviation and rail gnawing of the crane in port rail mounted gantry crane.
