摘要
在分析耦合剂在超声波探伤和涂装过程中的作用和特性基础上,分析了耦合剂残留物的影响机制;根据不同的表面处理情况,设计了实验方案,通过检测数据分析不同处理方案对涂层防腐性能的影响,并提出涂装质量管理建议.
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the role and characteristics of the coupler agent in the ultrasonic testing and coating process,the influence mechanism of the coupler agent residue is analyzed;according to the different surface treatment,the experimental program is designed,and the influence of the different treatment programs on the anticorrosive performance of the coating is analyzed through the testing data,and the coating quality management suggestions are put forward.
