摘要

针对大宗干散货码头转接塔溜筒存在的落料不畅、大范围洒料问题,设计了一种适用于煤、矿石等粘料货物的转接塔溜筒,在溜筒内部安装由电液推杆控制的调料挡板,可根据不同物料确定合适的调料挡板位置,扩大落料区间的调节范围,从而避免作业过程中常见的物料堵塞问题,并解决落料冲击引起的皮带跑偏导致的大范围洒料问题.

Abstract

Aiming at the problems of poor material falling and wide range of material spilling in the transfer tower slip cylinder of bulk dry bulk cargo terminal,a kind of transfer tower slip cylinder for coal,ore and other viscous cargo is designed,and the shimming stopper controlled by electro-hydraulic actuator is installed inside the slip cylinder,so that the position of suitable shimming stopper can be determined according to the different materials,and the adjusting range of the falling interval can be enlarged,so as to avoid the common problem of material blocking in the process of operation,and solve the problem of wide range of material spilling caused by belt runout due to the impact of falling material.
