常规的岸边集装箱起重机梯形架是固定式的,整机发运时,固定式的梯形架会限制设备的通行高度.为此设计了一种梯形架可放倒的岸边集装箱起重机,给出了其梯形架结构优化、结构强度校核方案与梯形架放倒操作方法.工程应用表明,梯形架下端与起重机大梁通过铰接连接,发运时可把梯形架倾倒至水平或接近水平位置,可有效提高岸边集装箱起重机运输过程中的通行能力.
Design and Engineering Application of Quayside Container Crane with Lowerable Trapezoidal Frame
The trapezoidal frame of conventional quayside container crane is fixed,and when the whole machine is shipped,the fixed trapezoidal frame will limit the passing height of the equipment.A quayside container crane with a trapezoidal frame that can be folded down is designed for this purpose,and its trapezoidal frame structure optimization,structural strength verification scheme,and trapezoidal frame folding operation method are provided.Engineering applications have shown that the lower end of the trapezoidal frame is connected to the crane beam through a hinge connector,and the trapezoidal frame can be tilted to a horizontal or nearly horizontal position during transportation,which can effectively improve the traffic capacity of the quayside container crane during transportation.
